We ship almost everywhere in the world. To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart, click “View Cart”, and then click “Check out!”. In the first checkout step, Shipping Info, select the ‘Country’ pull-down menu. If your country is included in that list, we’re able to ship to you. If your country is not included, we will not be able to fill your order. You could have a friend from another country order for you and forward the shipment to you.

We use Australia Post Priority for the International Standard Shipping option. We deliver to Australia Post who sorts it, applies the necessary postage, and handles the order until it reaches your country. Once the order arrives in your country, it is handed off to your local post office for customs processing (if needed) and delivery. The delivery is made by your national postal service, not Australia Post.

Orders sent Standard Shipping arrive in about 1-3 weeks. However delays can occur in transit or holds at the local customs office, so it’s possible to take up to 5 weeks for an order to be delivered. Unfortunately, tracking information isn’t available for Standard Shipping.

Custom fees and additional fees may apply for international shipments. Contact your local customs office for more information.

If you haven’t received any email updates about your order, it’s likely they were marked as spam. Some email providers may mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Check your spam folder for emails about your order and make sure to add Multiply to your safe list.If you didn’t receive an order confirmation, don’t place your order again until you’re sure the order didn’t go through or you may end up with a duplicate order. First, check the my Accounts page to see if your order exists. If you not currently loged in, enter your username and password to access your account.

If you aren’t able to locate your order through the my Accounts page, contact our Customer Support with your name and email address used to place the order, and we can locate the order for you. If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation, it’s likely your order hasn’t shipped yet.

I some cases. If the current item allows for back orders, this means we are in the process of reprinting the design. If you decide to purchace on backorder please keep in mind you may be waiting an extra week or two for your order to arive.

You’ll find a link to our size chart on each item’s page. Click on the link that says “View size chart” to pull up the Size Chart. Compare your body measurements to the measurements of each size to find the size that best fits. To determine your chest measurements, measure under your arms around the fullest part of the bust. For waist measurements (applicable only to girly apparel) be sure to measure the natural waist–the smallest part of your wasitline. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.

Machine wash cold. Wash dark colors separately. Use non-chlorine bleach only if needed. Tumble dry low. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean if decorated.

If the tee was printed using specialty inks- Glow in the Dark, Foil, Felt, etc, washing inside out helps preserve the ink.

Our T-shirts are primarily 100% cotton so expect some shrinkage. To lessen this, try hang drying your tees. Our T-shitrts are prodominanly printed with water based inks which will loose some vibrancy after the first couple of washes. We prefer this method of printing as it is a soft feel under the print, and is ultimaly more comfortable to wear.

All of our shirts and accesories are screenprinted. Most of the shirts are printed with water-based or discharge ink which leaves an extremely soft print. A few of the shirts use soft hand plastisol in order to get a bright white print. Check the product pages for the specific type of printing for each individual product.

Because we choose to use soft water-based inks, some of the prints will fade some after being washed. Black prints tend to fade the most, but will still hold up for lots of wear and washes.

Yes. It’s important to us that the effort we put into design is reflected in the qulity of the printed product. The best way we have found to achieve this is to print inhouse.
