Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

Within Australia

All orders are posted upon receipt and confirmation of payment. We will strive to have your order to you within 5 days of payment. Multiply Design Apparel does not take responsibility for any items that may be lost or stolen in transit. In the very rare circumstance that this does occur, we will endeavour to track the parcel, however it may be beyond our control. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the package will be returned to Multiply Design/Apparel.

If you require us to resend your order for a second time, you will be charged an additional delivery fee. Delivery time frames are provided as a guide only, and may alter if there is any delay in payment authorisation being completed or for any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, which may cause your delivery to be late.

International

We will strive to have your order processed as soon as payment is received and will endeavour to have your order to you within 21 days of payment. All customs fees, foreign taxes or other fees associated with your purchase are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the package will be returned to Multiply Design/Apparel. Returns

Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within seven days of the delivery confirmation date.

A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.

There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.

All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

Items on clearance can not be returned or exchanged.
